I found a big list of California insurance agents. http://www.findinsuranceagency.com/California-Insurance-Agents.html I’d try calling a few of them and see if they can assist you. A insurance agent should be able to help you.

Well – State Farm offers that coverage in PA. But, each state is different – and I don’t know about CA. I don’t know what types of questions you are asking, so I don’t know what to tell you. But, I can say that if they are all “what if” questions, the agent can’t always answer those. I know I have people calling with all types of scenarios that I can’t get a definite answer on as the event hasn’t happened so all details and contributing factors aren’t known. I would either ask the agent to try to get an answer or go see another SF agent if you are that uncomfortable with the current one.
